My article addresses the attitude towards Jews that goes back thousands of years.

There is something about Jews that makes the world point at them in anger and blame. Did you notice that in the last bout of violence here in Israel, Jews were attacked in the US in horrifying amounts?

Why is that?

Why did pro Palestinian people have an urge to beat and harass American Jews over what was happening in Israel?

If anything, they should have made Jews abroad feel comfortable, so that Israelis would want to flee Israel to other parts of the world...no?

No. Because there is something deeper going on here, a hatred that is as old as our nation.

The problem is we don't dig deep enough.

I'm not going to get into the politics of the region. I don't think you are right that Israel deserves this attitude because it is much more complicated. I don't know about you but I have spoken to Palestinian officials, to Palestinians, to Lebanese, and I live in Israel, so I know that it's more complicated than the one-sided picture you draw.

But when you see that Israel is condemned 27 times in one year at the UN, while the whole world combined, including Syria, Yemen, China, North Korea, and other places where people are murdered by their governments in the hundreds of thousands, are condemned only 6 times, you have to ask yourself, what is going on?

When human rights are completely ignored by Hamas, when gays are thrown off roofs, women killed and political opponents shot...this is fine. When civilians are targeted by Hamas, this is fine.

There is just a big bias that can't be ignored.

And I'm just saying, let's look at this bias, and dig deeper. What is there about Jews and Israel that makes the world demand so much of them? Why are they held to a higher standard than any country on earth?

This might lead you to research your history, to try to get to the root of who you are.

And I promise you, that if you are willing to do that, you will find the way to true peace, and well-being for Palestinians and every other nation too.

For when we are willing to look at the deeper workings behind the picture that we see, we can already find the solutions to the current problems.

That is my mission. I don't think we can solve them with the current level of discussion. We have to look deeper.
