Lovely article! I believe though that it is not enough to look at how we experienced our father/mother...but rather our partners are reflections of our own inner masculine/feminine and our stage of spiritual growth.

We are each on a path of spiritual evolution, the people we attract hold lessons for us to help us grow and heal our egoism to achieve higher consciousness, and ultimately love.

Our partners are no different.

They bear lessons for our soul.
