It’s very natural to experience fear, especially now as our world has entered so much uncertainty.

But it’s so important to know how to calm ourselves, and then use our fear constructively.

Fear is really an important cue from nature that you have some growth and change to do, it’s inviting you to grow and evolve.

So don’t worry, there is always a positive force helping, and taking care of you. Trust that everything is happening FOR you.

Fear is Spirit’s way of nudging you to move forward towards your highest potential!
